We offer flexible monthly memberships, annual memberships, and class-pack options. Members can choose standard gym access, or upgrade to include SGPT sessions.

2. What is SGPT?

SGPT stands for Small Group Personal Training—a coaching experience that combines the personal attention of 1:1 training with the energy and motivation

of a small group. Groups are typically 4–8 people to ensure high-quality coaching.

3. Do I need to be fit before joining SGPT?

Not at all. SGPT is designed for all fitness levels. Our coaches tailor movements, intensity, and progression to your individual needs—whether you're a beginner or experienced.

4. What’s included in a standard membership?

Standard memberships include full access to the gym, modern equipment, open workout areas, and member amenities. Upgrades are available for SGPT, specialty classes, and coaching programs.

5. How often should I attend SGPT sessions?

Most members see the best results attending 2–3 sessions per week, but your coach will help determine the ideal frequency based on your goals.

6. What are the class sizes for SGPT?

Class sizes range from 4–8 participants, allowing coaches to provide personalized feedback while keeping the session fun, engaging, and energetic.

7. Do you offer personalized training plans?

Yes. All SGPT participants receive individualized programming within the group format, and members can also book 1:1 personal training for even more tailored support.

8. Are the coaches certified?

Absolutely. All Propel Fitness coaches are certified, experienced, and continuously educated to deliver safe, effective, and up-to-date training.

9. Do I need to book sessions in advance?

Yes, SGPT sessions must be booked through our app or booking portal to secure your spot. Open-gym access does not require booking.

10. Can I try a session before joining?

Yes! We offer trial sessions for SGPT and guest passes for new visitors so you can experience the Propel Performance community before committing.

11. What if I have injuries or mobility limitations?

Our coaches will modify movements and tailor your training to ensure safe progress. Please inform your coach of any injuries so we can adapt your session accordingly.

12. What should I bring to my SGPT session?

Comfortable workout clothing, a water bottle, and a towel. We provide all necessary equipment.

13. Is there a contract or cancellation policy?

We offer contract-free and contract-based options. For cancellations or membership changes, simply contact our team—terms vary depending on your plan.

14. Do you offer nutrition guidance?

Yes. We provide nutrition support and coaching add-ons, along with educational resources to help you fuel your training.

15. How do I get started?

Easy! Contact us, book a consultation, or drop by the facility. Our team will walk you through your goals, membership options, and the best starting point.
